Spotify launches first live music event series in Hong Kong with Fashion Walk at Causeway Bay

  • Spotify and Fashion Walk partnership brings to Hong Kong the best of music and lifestyle, harnessing the power of online and offline experiences
  • Found the Sound kicks off on 25 September, with live performances happening and special shopping privileges every last Friday of the month at the heart of Causeway Bay
  • Exciting artists lined up for event series include singer-songwriter Jun Kung and local rock band Dear Jane

Hong Kong - 23 September 2015 – Spotify, the world's music streaming service, launches Found the Sound, its first live music event series in Hong Kong in collaboration with Fashion Walk, the city's most unique shopping destination.

The event kicks off at the heart of Causeway Bay on 25th September 2015 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, featuring a performance from Jun Kung, one of the country's most sought-after singer-songwriters. Local popular rock band Dear Jane is also lined up among the acts set to perform on 27th November 2015.

Since launching in Hong Kong in 2013, Spotify has been looking for ways to constantly delight local music fans, who spend an average of over 160 minutes streaming their favourite tracks across all devices.

Through its partnership with Fashion Walk, Spotify enables brands to connect with its extremely engaged audience by harnessing the power of music in the online space as well as through offline lifestyle experiences. The partnership has been made possible through Pixels, the multi-screen advertising company and Spotify's official ad reseller in the market.
